Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor must be able to work on, but not limited to 2 to 100 ton units. The equipment to be maintained includes but is not limited to, split systems, exhaust fans, Gas fired unit heater, package units, forced air systems, heat pumps, and temporary a/c units, in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and procedures. Vendor shall not subcontract any of the work to any other company. Maintenance work or repairs shall be performed during regular business hours (as listed above), unless specified by the Facilities Director or their authorized designee. Vendor shall schedule all maintenance work or repairs with the Facilities Director. Vendor shall not charge the City of Galveston for mobilization or travel expenses.
