Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Oversee all programmatic, contractual, fiscal and technical aspects of the W.K. Kellogg Grant. 2. Develop, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of program policies, procedures, assessments, screenings, and curriculum. 3. Identify and work and collaboration with a higher education institution to develop three college-level courses of content specific to the foundational competencies for an infant and toddler early learning professional. 4. Oversee and work in collaboration with the identified community partner, the Delaware Association for the Education of Young Children (DEAEYC). DEAEYC will provide outreach for the purpose of recruiting cohort members and increase knowledge of the new learning tool. 5. Support cohort members by providing onsite coaching to individuals in their classrooms. 6. Facilitate monthly meetings of all cohort members in a centralized location to support completion of coursework and discuss success strategies. 7. Establish and facilitate at least two meetings a year of a committee dedicated to the grant and the newly developed cohort model for early learning educators. Each meeting will include travel reimbursement for participants, refreshments, and printing of materials. Program coach will be responsible for creating meeting agendas, handouts, minutes, and developing relevant trainings and presentations.
