Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of San Antonio (City) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors toperform maintenance and repair services of heating, ventilation and air conditioning(HVAC) systems and equipment at various City owned and leased facilities inaccordance with the specifications listed herein. These services are required by theBuilding and Equipment Services Department (BESD), San Antonio Police Department(SAPD), San Antonio Fire Department (SAFD), Department of Human Services (DHS),San Antonio Metropolitan Health Department (SAMHD), Customer Service 311, SolidWaste Management Department (SWMD), La Villita and Market Square Leased & CityOperated Facilities. The regular scheduled preventive maintenance and repair servicesare required to maintain peak operational efficiencies while extending the life cycle of theequipment
