Specifications include, but are not limited to: conducting an annual agricultural land rent and land price survey. The objective of the survey is to assess land rents and land prices from owners and producers at a county level throughout North Dakota to gain insight into the changes from year to year. The proposal shall cover making changes to, and printing of the survey form, addressing the surveys, mailing the surveys, follow-up processing of undeliverable surveys, developing and providing survey respondent the ability to complete the survey electronically (web-based), collecting the returned surveys, conducting a follow-up survey to those who do not respond to the initial mailing where needed, entering data from the returned survey forms into a database, conduct data analysis and summarize the data into an annual report, and provide electronic files of database, excluding all individual owner/producer survey information. The data should follow standard quality assurance and quality control protocols to ensure owner/producer responses to surveys are accurately entered into the database. The data collection will be conducted to protect the confidentiality of the agricultural owner/producer directory names and survey data from disclosure.
