Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1 Check and record refrigerant (Freon) levels on all units. Make recommendations if needed. 2 Vacuum out all interior air handling units. 3 Check and record belt tension (s). 4 Inspect base pan for restricted drain openings, remove obstructions as necessary. 5 Inspect and clean blower wheel and motor. Make recommendations if repairs are needed. 6 Inspect and check all mounting harware for unit (s), compressors, etc. to ensure proper mounting. 7 Inspect all control and electrical boxes for wear or damage, record conditions. 8 Check system fot correct line and load volts/apms to unit (s). 9 Clean and blow out all condensate drains. 10 Wash condenser coils. 11 Replace all air filters with pleated air filters.
