Specifications include, but are not limited to: Schedule of Preventative Maintenance: - Quarterly Inspections on all RTUs, Water Source Heat Pumps, Split Systems, and Window Units - Quarterly Inspections on Dextron Units at Natatorium - Quarterly Condenser Coil and Chiller coils shall be cleaned with fresh, hot water rinse. - Semi-Annual belt changes on all listed equipment requiring belts. - Semi-Annual Condenser Coil Cleanings on Natatorium large remote condensers serving the Dextron units - Annual Inspection of Exhaust Fans - Annual Inspection of Space Heaters - Annual Pre-Heat Inspection on all listed equipment per manufacturers requirements - Annual Pre-Cooling Inspection on all listed equipment per manufacturers requirements - Annual Condenser cleanings on all listed equipment per manufacturers requirements
