Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Vendor will provide product coolers for all products awarded. 2. Product coolers must meet individual space requirements for each high school site. 3. Vendor must provide locks for each cooler. 4. Vendor must provide service to each site within specific time frames. Deliveries will not be accepted before 7:00 a.m. or between 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. 5. Vendor will be responsible for filling the product coolers at each delivery. 6. Empty delivery beverage crates must be picked up with each delivery. 7. Product use will determine the agreed upon delivery schedule. 8. Only products and sizes on the bid can be sold at the high school sites. Any additional products must be preapproved with Child Nutrition Services. 9. An invoice for each delivery will be left with the Child Nutrition Manager at the delivery site.
