Specifications include, but are not limited to: furnishing all labor and materials for this contract. This project involves the rehabilitation of Bridge 1-111 and Bridge 1-599. Some of the work on BR 1-111 includes replacing the existing concrete deck and barriers, minor repairs to the substructure and minor approach roadway work. Rehabilitation work on BR 1-599 includes pouring a concrete slab through the bottom of the existing structure and placing rip-rap at the stream inlet and outlet with minor roadway work performed on the approach roadways. The work for both bridges will be performed under a full road closure with a detour, and other incidental construction in accordance with the location, notes and details shown on the plans and as directed by the Engineer.
