Specifications include, but are not limited to: The tower is a two cell, induced draft, counter-flow type, field constructed tower within a reinforced concrete structure. Demolition shall include but not limited to removal and disposal of all internals, fans, drives, motors, distribution piping and electrical components. During the project a temporary cooling tower will be installed by the contractor with to minimize downtime of the HVAC system in the building. Renovation includes installation of new PVD fill, drift eliminators, water distributions system, fan assemblies, speed reducers, fan drive motors and other materials and parts required to make the tower complete. One VFD for each fan and Siemens controls are also part of the project. Refer to the specifications for details.
