Specifications include, but are not limited to: The demolition and renovation scope will be approximately 737 GSF of the existing space in theBiomedical Research Building (NL) for the Cell Biology department.This space will require the demo and removal including but not limited, selective demolition,walls, lab casework, doors, door frames, flooring, acoustical ceilings, roll-up shades, firesprinklers, fire alarm devices, ductwork, HVAC equipment, smoke detectors and lighting asshown on the drawings.The space will require new construction of rough carpentry, interior architectural woodwork,thermal insulation, penetration firestopping, joint sealants, hollow metal doors and frames,flush wood doors, door hardware, glazing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, resilient floor andbase, carpeting, acoustical blanket insulation, painting, roller window shades, fireprotection systems, MEP systems, addressable fire alarm systems, testing, commissioning,coordination of equipment requirements with vendors as shown on the drawings
