Specifications include, but are not limited to: The RTA is seeking bids from qualified bidders or individuals interested in a contract to provide Construction Improvements to the Robstown Station located at the corner of South 4 th Street and East Avenue A (Business 77). The primary work to be performed is as follows: the demolition of an existing, open air shelter (tiled, roof, steel structure), colored concrete pavement (light duty), landscaping, area lighting (poles) and asphalt pavement on East Avenue A (business 77). The construction of a new indoor/outdoor transfer station which includes concrete site work (walkway and street pavement, curb and gutter), a new structure consisting of a structural foundation, steel and steel stud framing system, impact rated aluminum storefront glazing system , integral colored concrete masonry units, HVAC, plumbing and electrical (indoor and outdoor), standing seam roofing system and single membrane roofing system, site furniture, security system , interior drywall and painting, and landscaping.
