Specifications include, but are not limited to: Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove existing HVAC systems on the HQ Building and install the following as noted on the drawing and specified herein: Four (4) 10 ton 13 EER and one (1) 15 ton 12 EER high efficiency RTU gas package units including curb adapters. Equipment shall be manufactured by Carrier, Lennox, or Trane, no exceptions. Units shall be furnished with: - Louvered hail guard - Winter start kit - Crankcase heater - Dehumidification system - Economizer Integrated integral modulating type capable of simultaneous economizer and compressor operation includes all hardware and controls to provide cooling with outdoor air. Equipped with low-leakage dampers. Capable of introducing 100% outdoor air. Designed to close damper during loss of power situations with spring return built into the motor. - Thermostat Digital, 7 day programmable thermostat to control heating and cooling in a temperature range of 40- 99F with override and lockout features. Thermostat shall be manufactured by Carrier or approved equal. Thermostat shall be mounted on an interior wall near the return air intake. Provide remote sensors located in unit returns on units 1, 2, 2A, 3, 4 as noted on attached drawing. - Filter The installation shall include a filter rack sized for this application for 2" pleated filters. The contractor shall supply enough filters for two (2) additional filter changes. Cooling and heating capacity of new replacement units shall be at minimum, equal to the existing.
