Specifications include, but are not limited to: BASE PROPOSAL NO. 1 - CENTRAL JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL CSP #02-13 Work shall include the removal of the existing roof system, the replacement of the roof system with a new tapered four-ply built-up roof system on all sections as designated, the restoration of all roof sections designated, and all exterior waterproofing repairs . ALTERNATE PROPOSAL NO. 1 - CENTRAL JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL CSP #02-13 Work shall include the removal of the existing roof system, the replacement of the roof system with a new tapered SBS modified bitumen roof system on all sections as designated, the restoration of all designated roof sections, and all exterior waterproofing repairs as specified . BASE PROPOSAL NO. 2 - CENTRAL JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL CSP #02-13 Work shall include the removal of the existing units and chiller, and the installation of the specified HVAC System exclusive of the Energy Management System, all electrical and plumbing requirements, new roof drains and related plumbing, and all interior related work to include structural modifications, and all architectural repairs and modifications to include but not limited to ceiling replacement, lighting replacement, and painting as specified. BASE PROPOSAL NO. 3 - CENTRAL JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL CSP #02-13 Work shall include the installation of new Energy Management System (EMS) with Digital Scroll Compressors, complete new LAN lines on all (new and existing) units, as specified. LUMP SUM PROPOSAL NO. 1 - CENTRAL JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL CSP #02-13 Work shall include all work specified in Base Proposal No. 1, 3 & 4 for the removal of the existing roof system and the replacement with a tapered four-ply built-up roof system, all exterior waterproofing repairs, the removal and installation of new HVAC system, new Energy Management System, all structural modifications, and all interior repairs and modifications as specified. LUMP SUM PROPOSAL NO. 2 - CENTRAL JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL CSP #02-13 Work shall include all work specified in Alternate Proposal No. 1, and Base Proposals Nos. 2 & 3 for the removal of the existing roof system and the replacement with a tapered SBS modified bitumen roof system, all exterior waterproofing repairs, the removal and installation of new HVAC system, new Energy Management System, all structural modifications, and all interior repairs and modifications as specified. LUMP SUM PROPOSAL NO. 3 - FEW EDUCATIONAL/KEYS LEARNING CENTER CSP #12-13 Work shall include the removal of the designated units, and the installation of the specified HVAC System exclusive of the Energy Management System, all electrical and plumbing requirements, all interior related work to include structural modifications, architectural repairs and modifications as specified. BASE PROPOSAL NO. 4 - MEADOW CREEK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CSP #03-13 Work shall include the removal of the existing roof system and the replacement with a new four-ply built-up roof system, complete with new windows and standing seam metal mansard roof system as specified. ALTERNATE PROPOSAL NO. 2 - MEADOW CREEK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CSP #03-13 Work shall include the removal of the existing roof system and the replacement with a new two-ply SBS modified roof system, complete with new windows and standing seam metal mansard roof system as specified
