Specifications include, but are not limited to: The three buildings are fully occupied by various State Agencies. Each building is classified as a high rise building and the buildings vary in size. The Stephen F. Austin building serves as the central physical plant for all three buildings. The scope of work for these buildings includes, but is not limited to, upgrades or replacement of chilled water system hot water systems, including replacing boilers and associated piping HVAC, replacement of outdated systems plumbing, including replacement of potable water pumps and water heaters electrical systems, including replacement of the emergency generator and fuel tank, and replacement of switchgear and buss duct. Upgrade or repair of building envelope and perimeter exterior paving is also included in the project.
