Specifications include, but are not limited to: The North Dakota OMB-Facilities Management (FM) seeks an Asbestos Abatement Contractor (AC) to complete asbestos abatement and disposal of the Existing North Dakota Governor’s Residence (Residence) on the State Capitol Grounds; and an Industrial Hygienist Consultant (Consultant) to complete air quality monitoring throughout the abatement project. The abatement project shall commence on the main floor. Prep work on the basement level may take place while abatement is in progress. Work shall commence on or about October 16, 2017. The Contractor shall complete the project by midnight, October 29, 2017. The dates listed are non-negotiable due to prior scheduling of resident evacuation and renovations. Bidders that cannot meet the dates listed or suggest different dates may be deemed non-responsive.
