Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remodel San Antonio Regional Office Virtual Tape Library as specified including HVAC system, UPS system, DDC controls, fire suppression, ceiling, walls, flooring, and lighting per the attached specifications to accommodate the Virtual Tape Library and Disaster Recovery. Contractor will provide labor, materials, testing, and warranty to install: i. One 8 ton (ceiling mounted and ducted) precision cooling unit designed to monitor and control humidity, temperature and cleanliness of a data server closet per TXDPS design schematic (exhibit A). Unit will be monitored by a Building Automation System. ii. One 20kW APC UPS (floor mounted) feeding an electrical panel capable of providing 42 individual circuits with monitoring capabilities tied into the Building Automation System. UPS will have hot swappable batteries and provide a maintenance bypass. System will be upgradable. iii. Remove existing T-12 light fixtures. Furnish and install 6 new suspended LED energy efficient light fixtures. Lithonia type 2TL448LADPD47LP850N100. iv. Remove all ceiling grid and tiles from Storage Room 053. Paint all ceiling and existing components in ceiling black.
