Specifications include, but are not limited to: Building to be 10 x 20 feet. Vendor will provide all enviromental compliance documentation, tower, shelter generator, fencing for site. Vendor to install and supply all power, utility, data hook ups and installation work from power/telco point of orgination as designed by TxDOT, including any ditching, plumbing or pulling of cable. Shelter will be designed in accordance with the specification and the site information sheet. There will be 2 HVAC units with indivdual thermostats, sized for the geographic location, building size and BTU loading for transmitters proposed for site. For this site there shall be electrical service capacity needs of a minimum of 100 AMPs, preferred 200 AMP's, of 110/120-208/240 AC power as called for by HVAC system and radio vendor equipment. There will be up to 4 racks of radio equipment, UPS units, microwave equipment, site controller equipment with a 30% safety factor.
