Specifications include, but are not limited to: Facility condition assessment of single buildings or in groups as directed by Owner; Interview sessions with appropriate Owner’s staff and facilities stakeholders. Perform site visits and review of existing conditions of all selected facilities; Review building construction documents and prior facility condition reports; Organize collected data using Construction Specifications Institute Uniformat; Review initial findings with Owner’s staff, discuss items discovered; Provide draft reports consisting of analysis of building systems to include identification, cost estimation and repair recommendations of deficiencies; development of Facilities Condition Index Numbers; and digital report documentation in Owner’s format. Building systems may include (by way of example and not of limitation): HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire life safety, building envelope inclusive of roofs, finishes and accessibility.
