Specifications include, but are not limited to: A scheduled Contracted Staff to provide training/monitoring/and program start-up and management of a new Peer to Peer Program across the state of North Dakota in selected high schools and colleges. The goal of the Contracted Staff is to provide the necessary support and monitoring of the Peer to Peer Program to create and maintain a growing network of support to students and the administrations in North Dakota where the Peer to Peer Program is/will be implemented. The services of this position/grant program could also include training of the school and administration staff, implementation and support of the program at schools, meeting to supply input and a “face to face” for planning, implementation, and support of this program, coordination of outreach, scheduling, collaboration with the schools during school hours and when school is in session, and facilitation of social events/meetings that deal with the Peer to Peer Program.
