Specifications include, but are not limited to: Renovation of the existing shell space in the Griffin SubCourt House building at 3212 Miller Ave, For Worth, TX 76119. The work shall consist of the selected interior demolition (the owner will do hazardous materials demolition, if required), interior fit out and finishes, mechanical and electrical. The Building shall be fully occupied during the project and some construction work may be required off hours. The new shell space HVAC fit out involves extending the existing cap supply duct to service the new area, provide a new thermostat to control the new area. The new thermostat shall be wired in parallel with the existing thermostat in the adjacent area, which currently controls the existing RTU.
