Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contract No.1 – General Construction: Work generally consists of the excavation and installation of a 30-feet deep 96-inch precast concrete sanitary lift station; an 8-feet by 6- feet precast valve vault; and a 12-feet by 10-feet building adjacent to the lift station on 4 helical piles to house the electrical equipment. The lift station will be equipped with two 15 HP submersible Flygt pumps, will include manhole, approximately 1,250 feet of 6-inch C900 PVC force main, a live tap of a HOBAs 36-inch force main, 16-inch sanitary influent pipe, 6-inch ductile iron pipe, aluminum access ladder, hatches, and accessories. Ductile piping includes check valves, an air release valve, gate valves, fittings and accessories. Site work for this project includes restoration, erosion and sediment control, excavation and backfill for the structures and pipe, seeding, a non-cased bore under 58th Ave, and gravel of the service pad area. Contract No.2 – Electrical Construction: Work includes all electrical construction associated with the new sanitary lift station and site power supply; variable frequency drive control panels; high and low voltage power panels, conduit, and wiring; manual transfer switch and generator receptacle; interior and exterior lighting; control panels; instrumentation and control system conduit and wiring; and all related Work. Contract No.3 – Combined General and Electrical Construction: Work generally includes construction consisting of all Work described under Contracts No. 1 and No. 2.
