Specifications include, but are not limited to: General Requirements-Contractor will coordinate all work in public areas and exit pathways with occupants offloor and Construction Coordinator. Work will be performed after hours or on weekends.-Contractor will not interrupt any exterior service drives and roads during normal businesshours under any circumstances.-Contractor will provide raceway for UTSWMC Information Resourcestelecommunications cabling. Contractor will coordinate electrical and telecom requirements with UTSWMC suppliedinterior furnishings.-Contractor will coordinate testing and balance of HVAC equipment with UTSWMCprovided testing agent.-Contractor will coordinate all keying requirements and installation with UTSWMC KeyControl shop. Permanent cores will be provided by the UTSWMC Key Control shop.-Contractor will coordinate all signage requirements and installation with UTSWMCprovided Signage Contractor.-Contractor will coordinate demo of ACM with UTSWMC provided Asbestos Abatementagent prior to any demo of construction zone.-Contractor will coordinate all room shut downs, power shut downs, night and week-endwork with UTSWMC. Two week notice is required for all shutdowns. Seventy-two (72)hour notice is required for all night and weekend work.-Contractor will coordinate make-safe for all utilities with UTSWMC and ConstructionCoordinator
