Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Waco has issued this solicitation for Architect and Engineer design services to finish out a portion of the vacant 6th floor of the existing and occupied ten-story Police Department Headquarters, 3115 Pine Avenue. This finish out will involve approximately 3,500 SF of the vacant 12,000 SF on Floor with approximately 2,117 SF for office space. The remaining balance is for access and support space such as elevator lobby, hallway access for the two stairwells, two restrooms, custodial closet, electrical closet, and support room. Scope involves architectural and engineering design efforts to provide plans, specifications, bid documents and construction administration for the finish out involving items such as partitions, doors, frames, hardware, ceilings, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, flooring, interior finishes, fire protection, millwork, cabling, security and related support items with current building systems.
