Specifications include, but are not limited to: The general scope of work to be included by the modular building provider is a follows: 1. The modular building is intended to come from existing stock, so we anticipate that the configuration of the office building may differ slightly between companies depending upon what is available. The anticipated size of the complex should be approximately 3,000sf. 2. The modular building shall include a break area along with two restroom facilities. The unit shall include individual offices, a conference room, and an open area to accommodate work stations along with a IT/Power closet. The work stations are furnished and installed by the owner and are not part of this RFP. The bidder shall include a proposed layout of the complex that includes requirements shown on the attached sample layout and specification. 3. The modular office provider will include all transportation, foundation, installation and finishing costs for the modular office in their proposal. 4. All design and engineering expenses necessary to fully complete the project should be included within the proposal.Building permit shall be obtained by the owner. 5. All work must comply with federal, state and local codes, regulation, laws and ordinances. Modular building must meet 2009 IBC code. The base proposal shall NOT include DE prevailing wages for onsite work, however the bidder shall include the premium for prevailing wages as an add alternate.
