2.1. The successful firm(s) services will be requested on an as needed basis from Districts Design and Construction Department. 2.2. The successful firm(s) will perform the proposed services under the guidance of appropriate representatives from Districts Design and Construction Department. 2.2.1. Provide formal fee proposals to the District based on the scope of work/drawings necessary for successful cost evaluation of future TAB projects. 2.2.2. Upon approval of such proposal and an executed contract, the consultant shall perform services including, but not limited to, the following: 1. Conduct industry standard TAB inspections or validations 2. Provide project management documentation containing scope of work, schedules, critical milestones, fee proposals, as well as risk and mitigation as needed. 3. Perform all proposed inspections, validations, adjustments and / or air balancing activities allowed, based on operational status of inspected systems, equipment and / or components. 4. Provide a detailed executive summary of testing results that also cites any FBISD system deficiencies that prevented any test from being completed. 5. Participate in meetings as deemed appropriate by FBISD representatives. 6. Provide formal, bound, indexed, and thorough TAB reports with summaries, observation and photos, TAB data for all systems and components. This document should also contain clearly documented markups of all existing HVAC circuits and components. No additional specifications were given.
