Specifications include, but are not limited to: Chemistry Building #0563 Replacement of Existing McQuay HVAC Unit that is the sensible capacity is 57 tons and the total capacity (sensible + latent) is 91.5 tons. Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, and materials for the Replacement of an Existing McQuay Model LSL128DH Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning System. Contractor is to provide and install a New Air Handler or equal to the Existing McQuay Model LSL128DH, (Model CAH038GDAM). Contractor shall provide and install with along with New McQuay Air Handler the following a new Stainless Steel Internal Liner in AHU, Epoxy Coated Coils and new Stainless Steel Pan under the new the HVAC unit with piping drain line to existing floor drain.
