Specifications include, but are not limited to: Description of Services: This solicitation is for: (a) Maintenance Contract to maintain, service and repair on an annual basis the - Trane 70 125 ton air cooled Chiller, and - HVAC Air Handlers located in the Tracer Summit Building on the RGSC campus, and (b) Blanket Purchase Order , not to exceed $9,999.00 to repair all other air conditioning units on a as requested basis ocated throughout the RGSC campus (including the cost of parts). 13.2. The response time shall be within one hour of receiving a service call, or as mutually agreed upon, from the Maintenance Department of the RGSC. The vendor shall carry out these services in accordance with all federal, state and local applicable laws, standards and regulations, certifications and licenses necessary to perform the services, including, but not limited to: 13.3. Class A State of Texas Air Conditioning and Refrigeration License: Class A allows work on any size unit. 13.4. Class B State of Texas Air Conditioning and Refrigeration License: Class B allows work on cooling systems of 25 tons and under, and heating systems of 1.5 million BTUs hour and under. 13.5. Refrigerant Handling Certification in accordance with EPA Title VI, Section 608.
