Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work will consist of assisting the University in continuing its air quality regulatory compliance, monitoring, and permitting program (TAHPR, NESHAP, and AIHA). The consultant will perform services on a work order basis as directed by the Office of Facilities Planning, Design & Construction. Types of projects include, but, are not limited to, asbestos abatement within classrooms, general office areas, clinical or research laboratory areas, computer laboratories, dormitories, athletic facilities, grounds improvements, steam tunnels, underground utilities, and other miscellaneous types of renovations projects on University buildings and grounds. These services must be provided in a manner to minimize the interruption and maintain the quality of educational services and business operations performed by the University. Service Provider will use available codes, standards, and technology to provide the service standard level of professional care.
