Specifications include, but are not limited to: NDUS is soliciting proposals for on-site training services. NDUS is specifically seeking training in facilitation skills. NDUS anticipates this course to be 3-4 days in length and for 16-24 people. Types of attendees will be senior management, business analysts, project managers, procurement officers, and other IT leaders. A. Requirements NDUS seeks a training program with the following features: 1. Develops fundamental facilitation skills 2. Has a well-defined process 3. How to handle conflict/dysfunction 4. How to improve meeting success 5. How to build consensus 6. How to frame questions 7. Contains multiple samples 8. Has actionable techniques 9. Utilizes a significant number of group exercises B. Value-Added Features The proposed program may include value-added features. Value-added features include any functionality, products, services, or optional services that are not part of the requirements in this IRFP. Describe any additional functionality, products, optional services that you offer and are not a part of the IRFP requirements that you believe would add value to your proposed work on this project.
