Specifications include, but are not limited to: The cGMP Cleanroom Lab will require new construction including, but not limited to, all make safe electrical/plumbing/mechanical work, walls, ceilings, all HVAC systems and mechanical work, flooring, cleanroom specialty construction, solid surface, renovation, louvers, stainless steel lab casework, laminar flow workbenches, any and all structural supports required for project/equipment/vendors, painting, all in-wall blocking, testing, commissioning support, coordination of equipment requirements with vendors and contract documents, new accessories, fire alarm, all mechanical HVAC equipment, controls, monitoring system, fire protection, plumbing, N2 gas, CO2, lab gases, medical gases, system certifications, utilities, electrical, electrical connect of all equipment, all rough-in, doors, frames, hardware, card readers, stainless steel, automatic openers, equipment schedule and specifications, as shown on the drawings.
