Specifications include, but are not limited to: Commercial HVAC Maintenance and Repair Services. 10.1.1. Cover furnishings and floor area located below the HVAC equipment with tarps or plastic sheeting prior to commencing work. 10.1.2. Complete HVAC service, repair, and installation on an “as needed” basis in response to emergency calls related to air-conditioning or heating problems. 10.1.3. Have a licensed commercial HVAC Service Technician on call 24-hours. 10.1.4. Contractor shall dispatch the required service technician within 1 hour of a service call being made and confirm with HHSC Representative Date and Time service Technician was dispatched, and said service technician shall be required to be on site within 2 hours of being dispatched.
