Specifications include, but are not limited to: Tarrant County is requesting qualifications from qualified respondents for testing, adjusting, balance and commissioning services for the Northeast Subcourthouse Project located in Hurst, Texas. B. The new Northeast Subcourthouse is planned to be an approximately 42,000 square feet, two (2) level building to house the offices of Commissioner Precinct 3, County Clerk, District Clerk, Passports, Justice of the Peace Precinct 3, Tax AssessorCollector, A Community Meeting Room, Fitness Area and Tarrant County Credit Union. C. This project is intended to be designed and built in accordance with Leed 2009 for new construction and major renovations, at a certification level that will be determined by Tarrant County.
