Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected vendor(s) shall provide a quote of the below requirements1.General Requirements If needed, provide and install control wiring between HVAC control panel andfield control devices. Install controls necessary for the entire system to have fail-safe operation. The BMS shall provide management, control and monitoring of the Chillers,Air Handlers, Exhaust System, Fume Hoods,Variable Air Volume Controllers(VAV) and Boilers, resulting in a fully-integrated system. This will include theinstallation of hardware and software. The system shall be client/server based. Control sequences and functions including alarms, monitoring and resettingfunctions, and operational sequences shall not be limited to point schedules andsequences of operation. Contractor to pre-schedule all work well in advance to eliminate possibility ofoperational disruptions. Install new set points in the BOD room to monitor temperature and humidity. The vendor shall supply a Commissioning Test Plan that will include a checklistthat has been agreed upon by SAWS. The vendor shall test the system in accordance with the approved test plan.
