Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contract No. 1 – General Construction: Work generally includes construction of a new building 24 feet by 17 feet 4 inches consisting of, but not limited to: cast-in-place concrete foundation and mat slab, brick and block walls; and precast roof. Additional work items generally include removing and replacing existing vertical turbine pumps; interior process piping, valves, and submersible sump pump with new equipment along with structural modifications to the pump station operations floor, walls, and roof. Other items include installation of multiple sump pumps, manhole for dry-pit submersible pump, wash-down spray systems in the pump station wetwell and intake structure, a river intake screen, and site piping from the Sheyenne River to the Sheyenne River Pump Station. Etc. Contract No. 2 – Mechanical Construction: Work generally includes, but not limited to: HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical equipment including building heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water piping, and mechanical appurtenances. Contract No. 3 – Electrical Construction: Work generally includes all electrical, instrumentation and controls construction associated with improvements to the existing Sheyenne River Pump Station consisting of, but not limited to: disconnection and removal of existing pump station electrical equipment (padmount XFMR, MCC, lighting panels, lights, etc); utility coordination to install new padmount XFMR; (1) 2000 amp SUSE main circuit breaker; (1) 800 kW standby diesel generator; (1) 2000 amp open transition automatic transfer switch; (1) 2000A distribution switchboard; (1) 800hp & (1) 500hp “Clean Power” VFDs; (1) LV XFRM and (2) lighting panels; building lighting; access control/security; SCADA control system, controls panels, (1) water quality station and other miscellaneous instrumentation. Some equipment noted above is Owner furnished as defined in the Contract Documents. Etc.
