Specifications include, but are not limited to: removal of existing aggregate and spud to a smooth surface down to existing membrane. Remove and replace any damaged or deteriorated decking according to the unit price as specified. Mechanically fasten specified 3” specified insulation board on metal decks (A, B, & C) and fully adhere over the existing roof membrane on lightweight deck areas (D & E) with associated crickets per ASCE 7 criteria and ¼” substrate board as specified. Provide a ballasted four-ply built-up roof system as specified. Install new miscellaneous carpentry to parapet walls, new skylight curbs and expansion joint details as specified. Contractor will install new curbed skylights as noted on the drawings. Raise all mechanical equipment and service lines to eight-inch (8") minimum height above finished roof surface. Provide a twenty (20) year NDL manufacturer's warranty and a two (2) year contractor's warranty. Work shall also include all HVAC and electrical, piping disconnect and reconnection.
