Specifications include, but are not limited to: Demolition and removal of all electrical fixtures, all plumbing fixtures, all HVAC diffusers, grills and all fire alarm devices. Remove or replace any wiring, conduit, piping or plumbing connections exposed by the demolition operations that does not conform to the new construction being proposed. Furnish and install all metal framing, overhead partition support framing, drywall, new insulation in walls doors, frames and hardware mirrors, toilet partitions, toilet accessories, countertops, ceramic tile, base tape and float, texture and paint add SaniGlaze finish on all ceramic tile. Furnish and install new acoustical ceiling and grid system, new automatic ADA door operators new hi-lo drinking fountains, new toilet fixtures, lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, electrical and HVAC as required and new fire alarm annuciators and strobes.
