Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this procurement is to obtain daytime, evening, and weekend Valley City based case aide services for adult clients who are diagnosed as seriously mentally ill or dually diagnosed (chemically dependent/seriously mentally ill). These services could include: training in activities of daily living (ADL), symptom monitoring/support, medication delivery/monitoring, administration of breathalyzer, Clinical Institute Withdrawal Assessment (CIWA) protocol/symptom monitoring, and periodic client transportation. These services will also require nursing support to fill medication boxes, cover outside provider cases, administer injections to a small number of consumers, and provide technical oversight of the program.
