Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide Operations and Maintenance training courses and Technical Service School Training courses for designated personnel in the maintenance, service, and operation of all systems specified, including associated hardware and software. See Section 15910 for additional controls training. B. Operations and Maintenance Training (on site training) shall consist of, at a minimum, 4 hours of classroom training and 4 hours of hands-on training. Orient the training to the specific systems provided under this contract. Provide all of the audio visual equipment and other training material and supplies. When training is conducted at Midwestern State University facilities, the Owner reserves the right to videotape the training sessions for later use. For guidance in planning the required instruction, assume that attendees will be custodians with very little general knowledge of HVAC and Electrical Systems. Obtain approval of the training schedule and course material from the Owner and Engineer at least fourteen (14) days prior to the first day of training.
