Specifications include, but are not limited to: A Facility & Equipment Management - The security vault shall be designed solely for data processing record storage and have no other businesses. Materials used in construction shall be of the noncombustible type and the environment must be climate controlled. No electrical equipment, i.e. air conditioning, heating, is permitted in the vault. Entrance is to have a man trap for isolation and identification prior to admittance to storage area. B Media Management - Vault temperatures must be maintained at 67 degrees F with a 5 degree fluctuation not to exceed 77 degrees F and use an electronic sensor to alert the staff if there is a significant change in temperature. C Media Management - Vault relative humidity must be maintained at 40% with a 5% fluctuation not to exceed 60%. D Media Management - A permanent record of temperature and humidity within the vault shall be retained in accordance with Delaware Code requirements and must be available for inspection at all times.
