This includescentralizing the heating system in fifteen main campus buildings by eliminating two Central Plantboilers and the associated buried steam/condensate lines, and installing hot water boilers in each ofthe fifteen buildings.2.3.2Building Automation Systems: Upgrade and expand existing energy management systems (EMS),addressing the following items:2.3.2.1 Recommendation to the Owner of an Energy Management Policy2.3.2.2 Scheduling control for HVAC2.3.2.3 Mode selection2.3.2.4 Chiller operations2.3.2.5 Hot water boilers2.3.2.6 Supplied air reset and economizer and2.3.2.7 Retrofitted variable speed motors in selected areas
