Specifications include, but are not limited to: The requested service is to have a scheduled certified Mental Health Technician staff provide front check-in coverage 24 hours per day (Monday-Sunday), 365 days per year, including all holidays. This will include both a day/evening shift and an overnight shift. The goal of the 24 hour front door service is to provide the necessary support and monitoring to create and maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents. This service will include resident and guest check in, monitoring that residency rules are being followed, monitoring amount of alcohol that is brought onto the premises, monitoring video camera based security system, provide periodic support/motivation to resident, provide regular feedback to clinical outreach staff regarding resident activities, provide monitored medication as required, initiate crisis intervention protocols when situation dictates, and periodic administration of breathalyzer in keeping with resident requested service plan. These services could also include symptom monitoring/support, participation of the service provider in clinical meetings to supply input for planning purposes, coordination of outreach office schedules, collaboration with both daytime and evening outreach service providers, collaboration with Fargo Housing Authority resident manager, and facilitation of social events/meetings in the Cooper House community room.
