Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2017 Pride of Dakota Showcase Reusable Cloth Shopping Bags Detailed Specifications: Total of 27,000 bags meeting the following specifications delivered in different quantities, at different times, as outlined in the chart below: o Size: 12 x 13 x 8 inches or larger o Reinforced carrying handles measuring 20” or longer. Handle must span the entire height of the bag. o Weight: 80 grams or higher fabric, non-woven polypropylene o Bag Color: Black o Imprint Color: one (1) - color imprint (Bright Red) on the two (2) larger sides (artwork provided to awarding bidder) Three or four (3 or4) logos each 4” wide or tall (whichever measure results in the smaller logo) on one side Pride of Dakota logo measuring 6”- 8” wide on the other side Note: bag color and imprint will change each year o Removable cardboard or plastic insert in bottom of bag for added durability and support o Set-up charge included o Printed sample of reusable bag required at time of bid submission (printing may be of any logo, words, image, and/or etc.) o Proof required (physical or electronic) at time of final print production
