Specifications include, but are not limited to: a vendor that possesses the knowledge and expertise to provide nutrition education programming and services to SNAP recipients and low income citizens in Delaware. In order to be considered, the selected contractor will: a. Describe your process for identifying eligible participants; b. List areas within the State of Delaware where SNAP eligibles are underserved or have not had access to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education (SNAP-Ed); c. Describe your data sources; d. Describe your experience with nutrition-related programs serving lowincome persons in Delaware; I. Description of projects; II. Copies of project evaluations; e. List goals, objectives, projects, campaigns, evaluation and collaborations related to your plan submission.
