Specifications include, but are not limited to: Rehabilitating and Replacing Multiple HVAC System Texas Historical Commission Headquarters in Austin, Texas. This project scope includes: replacement of obsolete split systems; duct insulation; replacement of refrigerant piping; installation and repair of system controls; providing outside air to new and existing systems; modification of existing ducts; installation of dampers; comfort balancing; bathroom exhaust fan installations; electrical upgrades and commissioning of new units. Goals of the projects include: increase efficiency; elimination of noise and vibration; increased system reliability; decreased maintenance cost; and better comfort for our staff. The headquarters are housed in 5 historic building located in the Texas Capitol Complex.
