Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Erosion and Sediment (E&S) Control Inspections by a State of Delaware Certified Construction Reviewer (CCR). The CCR shall also function under the direction of a registered professional engineer licensed to practice engineering in the State. 2.CCR Reporting on a weekly basis and sometimes follow-ups for all assigned projects. Reports shall be submitted to the contractor and Department construction staff within 24 hours and the Department’s Stormwa t e r E n g i n e e r ’ s O f f i c e w i t h i n 4 8 h o u r s o f t h e i n s p e c t i o n a n d c o n f o r m t o t h e D e p a r t m e n t ’ s standard formatting for such reports. 3. Coordinate weekly inspections so a Department construction inspector and a representative of the construction company contracted with the Department to construct the transportation infrastructure described in the project will accompany the CCR on inspections. Reports will not be accepted without the appropriate signatures. 4. Coordinate and document an E&S Pre-Construction meeting with the Department construction inspector and a representative of the construction company contracted with the Department to construct the transportation infrastructure described in the project and conform to the Department’s standard formatting for such reports. 5. The CCR will attend the Department’s preconstruction, semifinal, final, and progress meetings as needed and agreed upon by the Stormwater Engineer.
