Specifications include, but are not limited to: ADACS collects, records and archives CALEA (Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act)-compliant voice and data for agencies seeking law enforcement wiretap collections and analysis. Based upon the ADACS4 Platform, ADACS CALEA-Compliant Surveillance Systems includes a full range of standalone intercept systems (modules) designed to meet the unique voice, video, and data requirements of law enforcement and intelligence agencies. It has a full range of intercept, archive, and analysis capabilities designed for evidentiary voice, video, and data collection. The system also allows law enforcement to discretely intercept all forms of CALEA-compliant communications directly from the target's service provider. Collection and audio playback occur in real-time in conjunction with the agency's standards of lawful intercept. With this system we are able to select the ADACS Evidence Modules that our agency needs. SyTech can configure and support a turnkey intercept system built to meet our call-volume, monitoring and evidence requirements. ADACS4 is a multi-capable system that provides several functions: 1. Turns a cell phone into a surveillance device: audio/visual for undercover and informant encounters/operations. 2. Has the capability of tracking GPS surveillance devices directly on its system rather than the GPS company system and has the ability to use different GPS devices rather than on specific brand. 3. Can download data from cell phones and organize it, communicates data into our existing case management/intel database and does an organizational chart for persons that are connected as well as a toll analysis and toll frequency. 4. Has the capability to operate pen registers and wires to track subjects, listen to calls and see text messages; it can also alert the user to specific words, locations, etc. 5. Capability to operate remote video surveillance systems and is not solely dependent on a single brand. The system can also link into the ACISS case management/intel system BCI is currently using.
