Specifications include, but are not limited to: Roof replacement at the TXDPS Sherman Facility located at 1413 Texoma Parkway, Sherman, TX 75090. Remove existing roof to metal deck, confirm deck integrity, and replace with new insulated roofing system for complete facility per Scope of Work (SOW) and Specifications (includes flashings, caps, trim, gutters, scuppers, downspouts, equipment curbs, hatch curb, and penetration pitch pans). Replace curbs for HVAC units, fans, etc., curbs that will not be a minimum of 8‐inches above new finished roof surface, and curbs with deterioration / damage. Replace damaged vents / vent shrouds. Repair / replace existing HVAC drainage lines on roof with copper pipe / fittings as required. Maintain proper drainage slope. Install equipment access pads to each HVAC unit.
