Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Analyze functional business requirements and design specifications for developing programs such as, but not limited to: i. Develop logical models, block diagrams and logic flow charts ii. Translate detailed design into computer software iii. Test, debug, and refine the computer software to produce the required product iv. Prepare required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation v. Enhance software to reduce operating time and/or improve efficiency b. Coordinate closely with the STATE and other personnel, as needed, to ensure proper development and implementation of program and system specifications c. Develop, in conjunction with State users, system alternative solutions. d. Provide support for the creation, installation, testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of IVR information systems e. Provide application integration services (web services, message queues, direct database access) f. Conduct and document the results of special studies dealing with IVR systems and/or business process issues g. Experience in supporting IVR applications in production environment on a day-to-day basis
