Specifications include, but are not limited to: The replacement of the temporary, span wire traffic signal with a permanent traffic signal on 52nd Avenue S at Timber Parkway 31st Street S and is for the installation of a temporary, span wire traffic signal at the intersection of 52nd Avenue S and 63rd Street. Purpose The intersection of 52nd Avenue South and Timber Parkway 31st Street S currently has a temporary signal. This project will replace the temporary signal with a permanent signal. The permanent signal will have full vehicle detection with flashing yellow turn signals. Modifications will also be made to the sidewalks to add crosswalks for all legs of the intersection. The temporary signal will be moved and installed at the intersection of 52nd Avenue S at 63rd Street S. 63rd Street is the main street in and out of the Deer Creek residential development. To the north is the Rocking Horse residential development. A marked crosswalk will be installed across 52nd Avenue South on the east side of 63rd Street. Once we reconstruct 52nd Avenue S from Veterans Boulevard to Sheyenne Street (in West Fargo), slated for year 2020 construction, this temporary signal will be removed and replaced with a permanent installation.
