Interior Renovation to existing offices at Town Lake Center in order to remove cubicles from exit corridors and create new offices, break room, conference and copy rooms, as well as accessible restrooms for employee use. The Work comprises the general interior renovation of approximately 15,884 square feet of the existing 5th floor at Town Lake Center. The scope of work consists of demolition of some of the existing interior drywall partitions and the construction of new drywall partitions, salvaging and relocating existing doors, installing some new door hardware, removing existing carpet and flooring tiles and installing new carpet, new resilient tile flooring and base, new wall coverings, painting, installing new millwork, renovating existing bathrooms to comply with Texas Accessibility Standards for accessibility, installing new toilet partitions, new plumbing fixtures, realignment of fire sprinkler heads, relocating light fixtures and HVAC outlets, ceiling tiles, as well as providing telecommunication wiring. This will be a LEED certified interiors renovation project. No site work or exterior work is purposed. No additional specifications were given.
